Human Resources Manager

What the role involves

• Lead, coordinate, and support the HR team.
• Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring effective delivery of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, and HR administration.
• Act as the senior HR point of contact for management, providing guidance on operational people matters.
• Supervise employee relations processes, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution, in collaboration with the HR team.
• Provide direction and oversight to recruitment activities, ensuring staffing aligns with operational and seasonal needs.
• Ensure compliance with Curaçao labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures across all properties.
