What the role involves
- Install, configure and implement solutions in both on-premise and cloud environments.
- Integrate systems within complex customer IT environments.
- Troubleshoot technical incidents and provide 2nd and 3rd line support.
- Support deployments, upgrades, maintenance and system changes.
- Perform health checks and preventive maintenance.
- Work on customer implementation projects as well as ongoing support requests.
