- Ensure the completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of financial statements and management reports.
- Review and approve journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analyses prepared by the finance team.
- Coordinate the preparation of audit files and act as primary liaison with external auditors.
- Lead the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial planning, aligning operational requirements with financial capacity.
- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide clear recommendations to management.
