- Take ownership of a portfolio of local and international tax clients, overseeing both advisory and compliance assignments from planning through completion.
- Provide practical tax advice on complex business matters, transactions, tax risks and changes in applicable legislation.
- Review tax returns, provisions and other technical deliverables, ensuring accuracy and consistency with professional standards.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for additional support.
- Guide and develop tax professionals within the team through coaching, technical review and day-to-day leadership.
- Oversee the commercial and operational aspects of assignments, including planning, budgets, deadlines and overall engagement performance.
