  • Install, configure and implement solutions in both on-premise and cloud environments.
  • Integrate systems within complex customer IT environments.
  • Troubleshoot technical incidents and provide 2nd and 3rd line support.

  • Perform health checks and preventive maintenance.
  • Work on customer implementation projects as well as ongoing support requests.
