- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sales, marketing, business management or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in a similar role, preferably within resort management.
- Proven track record of commercial leadership, revenue growth and brand development.
- Analytical and result-driven, able to turn insights into actionable plans.
- You have a persuasive and motivating personality.
- Fluency in English and Dutch. Spanish and Papiamentu is a plus.
