FULL TIME Blue Bay Curaçao is seeking an ambitious and persistent Commercial Director to help shape the next chapter of our growth. As a member of the Executive Board, you define the commercial vision, strengthen our brand, and drive revenue performance across every part of the resort.

- Developing and executing commercial strategy entailing sales, marketing, revenue management and brand development.
- Translating corporate objectives into actionable departmental plans and KPIs.
- Aligning commercial initiatives with the resort’s broader objectives and targets.
- Implementing revenue management principles across all operational departments.
- Serving as key member of the Executive Board contributing to the overall strategic direction and long-term commercial growth.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in sales, marketing, business management or a related field.
