- Lead, coach, and develop the Sales, Call Center, and Merchandising teams.
- Maintain an active presence in the market through regular customer visits and field coaching.
- Monitor product availability, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and customer service.
- Develop and execute sales plans focused on revenue, distribution, and profitability.
- Identify growth opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Support negotiations with key customers and oversee major commercial agreements.
