- Transfers: responsible for handling client transactions.
- Cards: responsible for handling the operations of debit and credit cards.
- Archiving & Services: responsible for handling physical archiving and other supporting services.
- Merchant Services: responsible for onboarding of merchants and providing ongoing support.
- Co-develop the Strategic Payment Operations Unit Plan together with the Manager and the Team Leader, incorporating team input.
- Pro-actively provide input to the Payments strategy, innovation agenda and implementation road map created by Payment Strategy & Solutions department.
