As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Life Operations team. We are looking for two Customer Service Representatives who will provide administrative and customer service support to ensure the accurate processing of policies, claims, and related services for brokers, agents and clients.

- Provide clerical support including records, correspondence, billing, and data entry.
- Process life insurance applications, policy updates, and support brokers/clients throughout the sales process.
- Deliver professional, timely service to brokers, agents, and clients, resolving inquiries and complaints.
- Educate brokers/clients on products and maintain strong working relationships with internal teams.
- Review and correct errors in FIMMAS reports and policy accounting.
- Clear suspense, balance batches, and maintain accurate client/payment records.
