- Process client international transactions (Swift), ensuring accuracy and efficiency and adhering toCentral Bank and correspondent bank regulations.
- Review and validate the bookings of Jr. Officers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Investigate and timely resolve transfer claims.
- Handle cross-reviews of the work of other officers.
- Handle debit and credit card operations, including issuance, and maintenance.
- Handle customer inquiries, investigate and resolve card claims.
